Chief Isaac Olusola Dada - Chairman

Chief Dada graduated with Bachelor degree in Economics from University of Lagos in 1970. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration in University of Lagos in 1976.

He is a Chartered Stockbroker and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, also a Council member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria.
He co-founded ANCHORIA Investment & Securities Limited and became the pioneer Chief Executive Officer in 1996.

Apart from being the Executive Vice Chairman of Anchoria Investment & Securities, Chief Dada is also on the board of many other companies, quoted and unquoted these include NAL Bank Plc, BHN Plc, Nigerian Wire & Cable Plc and ex-chairman of Great Nigerian Insurance Company Limited.

He is presently the President of Nigerian American Chambers of Commerce.

Olubiyi Ismail is a geomatician with over 5 years experience as a Professional Network Engineer and Computer System Analyst.

He has an ordinary National Diploma in Land Surveying and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering.

He is a specialist in networking design, planning and implementation, maintenance and advance integrated security systems.

He also served on the Lagos State Government Computerisation Scheme and was a member of the Lagos State Government Committee on the design of website, e-mail and Internet connectivity between May 1999 – 2002
 

Alhaji ‘Ladi Ogunneye,
Non Executive Director

Alhaji Ogunneye had his early education at Sagamu, after which he worked with the then Standard Bank of Nigeria Limited (now First Bank) from 1965 to 1971 – before leaving for the United States of America for further education.

While in the U.S., He acquired an associate degree in Aircraft Electronics from Academy of Aeronautics New York, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Bio-Medical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut and a Master of Science Degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of New Haven also in Connecticut.

Back in Nigeria in 1981 he joined Data Sciences Nigeria Limited, the first indigenous computer company where he rose from the position of Service Engineer to that of the Managing Director in 1998. He has been on the council of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria for well over a decade now. He has also served the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) formerly known as COAN for well over two decades in various capacities. He was the President of the Society for four years consecutively (including the transition period).

Mr. Wahab Olusoga Ismail,
Non Executive Director

Mr. Wahab has over 30 years experience as a chartered accountant. He started as an account officer with United Nigeria Textile in 1971 and moved up the ladder with hard work / diligence to the post of Deputy Chief Account with Nichemtex (Nig) Textile Plc in 1996 (now merged with United (Nig) Textile Plc).

He is currently the Chairman of Whole (Nig) enterprises, which deals in general contracts and automobile importation into Nigeria.

Dr. Yakubu Adamu
Non Executive Director

Dr. Yakubu is a first class honors holder in physics and also holds a PH.D in computational physics from the imperial college, London.

He started his career as an undergraduate tutor in imperial college, London before joining O.B.M systems U.K as a senior manager, management information system and was a general manager and head of IT division, Dangote group. Today, he is the head of Broadband, Intercellular Nigeria Ltd. He is a specialist in network & telecoms planning, design, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and support.

He has written many publications, which include Flunctuation in the coherent pulse propagation. Optic communication vol12 pg3, 1992.

Mr. Fabrice Langreney - Expatriate Partner/Non Executive Director

Mr. Fabrice Langreney earned a Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from E.S.I.E.E., In Paris and holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the College of Business and Management, University of Maryland, College Park, USA. He has worked in various Institutions i.e. ANVAR Representative French Embassy, Washington, DC, Manager Business Development NACLS, Manager Business Development and Marketing COMSAT RSI, Director Business Development COMSAT RSI, Manager Voice and Video Service Development INTELSAT, Vice President Corporate Development and Strategy SKYONLINE, Vice President Satellite Based Operation SKYONLINE, Principal WASHINGTON ADVISORS, Chief Operating Officer DISCOVERYTEL, and Currently the President of BRINGCOMM LLC. He has been described as a very versatile person who represents results especially with success in identifying opportunities for accelerated growth.
